• Shows US$99 per event, team members US$49, suppliers US$199, organisers US$199.
• Your page is live the moment it is paid. Entries close 30 July 2027.

From 27 September 2026

• Round 1 of the community vote, on every entered show and person, open the day entries open.
• One vote per confirmed email. Round 1 closes with entries, 30 July 2027, and decides the finalists.
• Votes are counted in private, and no running total is published.
• No judges. The count is the result.

Monday 9 August 2027

• The finalists are announced online, each with the finalist badge, a banner and a press release.
• Round 2 is for finalists only and runs Monday 9 August to Sunday 29 August 2027, Melbourne time. Every count starts again from zero, and Round 2 decides the winners.
• The count is checked and certified before winners are announced.
• It stays sealed until the winners are revealed.

Thursday 9 September 2027

• Announced online at The Virtual Awards Night.
• The digital trophy, the winner badge and the press release, that moment.
• Streamed, and anyone can register to watch.

• The trophy is sent to every winner.
• Your winner badge and your winner page.
