Who we talk to

The licence

  1. You give The Expys a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, edit, cut, combine and publish this footage, in whole or in part, in any media. That includes our sites, our social channels, hype reels and ads, with or without a credit.
  2. You confirm you own the footage, or have permission from its owner and from the people who appear in it, to give us this licence.
  3. The footage stays yours. The licence is non-exclusive, so you can keep using it however you like.

    Your finished promotional reel, and the raw footage without titles or music if you have it. Raw clips are what we can cut into.

  2. We cut it in

    The best moments from every show go into The Expys hype reels and our posts, in front of people who have not been to your show yet.

  3. Your show travels

    Where we can, we credit the show. Your footage stays yours to use however you like.

Entering Show Reel of the Year is separate: that is the award, voted by the audience. This page is for footage, and it is free.
